Can you monitor cameras I already own?
Existing cameras may be suitable after checks of the camera and recorder models, remote access, network reliability and image coverage.
Is every camera watched continuously?
The agreement defines the coverage. Scheduled virtual patrols, event review and continuous viewing are different arrangements; confirm which is included.
Are AI alerts included automatically?
No. Analytics depend on the equipment and agreed service scope. Alert types, configuration and review responsibilities must be confirmed.
What happens if the internet connection fails?
Remote access may be interrupted. Connection checks, outage notifications and any backup arrangements should be agreed before the service starts.
Does an alert automatically include a guard attending?
No. Escalation contacts, authorised actions and any physical response or attendance must be separately agreed for the site.
