退款政策

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resale condition, with all accessories and proof of purchase. (ASSUMPTION: 30 days)

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item. (ASSUMPTION: 7 days)

Non-returnable items
Sale or clearance items, opened software or licences, custom-configured items, and items damaged through misuse or incorrect installation cannot be returned unless faulty. (ASSUMPTION)

How to return
Email info@deepsecurity.com.sg or WhatsApp +65 6255 4210 with your order number. We will send return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. (ASSUMPTION)

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. (ASSUMPTION: 10 business days) Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's terms; contact us and we will help you with the process.

Customers in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under applicable consumer law. Contact us within that period to start the process.
